Ruth Tomlinson creates ethereal heirlooms that celebrate unconventional beauty. She champions an alternative to the traditional, producing jewellery that is beautifully designed, skilfully crafted, with a sense of enchantment and a touch of the unexpected. Her signature designs are marked by their tiny granular intricacies, ethereal character, and serendipitous imperfections – each imbued with a sense of discovery and wonder.
A graduate of London’s prestigious Royal College of Art, Ruth established her brand in 2001. Working from her independent atelier in Clerkenwell, she continues to investigate the unpredictable and push boundaries of perceived preciousness in her critically acclaimed jewellery collections.

“To me, working with such precious materials is a privilege – I take pride in celebrating each gemstones natural beauty and particular character. Each piece of jewellery should be unique, like each of us, and this is how I like the jewellery to make people feel. I hope to evoke a sense of wonder around the work; a modern British classic of the future, handcrafted and ready to be filled with its own story – throughout our lifetime and generations to come.”
