Meet Benjamin

Ben’s aim is to create beautifully functional objects without compromising on aesthetics. He always work on paper first and then movs onto the computer to figure out how he’s going to make a piece. His inspiration is often lead by a commission brief or interesting objects that he’s have seen. The process of making jewellery and silverware traditionally from the bench, coupled with cutting edge manufacturing techniques, helps him to produce unique items. Ben often tries to mechanically assemble pieces where possible, so he can combine different surface finishes and textures, to help accentuate form or to play with reflections.
