About Adrian Ward

Adrian completed an Associate Diploma of Arts (Jewellery Design) at Sydney University of Technology in 1993 and an apprenticeship as a silversmith in 1998. He has worked as a commercial silversmith for companies in Australia, the United Kingdom and Finland.

In 2020 he graduated from The Royal College of Art with an MA (Jewellery & Metal). He went to the RCA to develop new ways of thinking about silversmithing, using research to develop concepts that explore original contexts.

He has since been working as a commercial silversmith and CAD designer alongside an expanding personal experimental and conceptual artistic silversmithing practice.
