Gill Galloway-Whitehead

About Gill Galloway-Whitehead

Gill Galloway-Whitehead is based in Birmingham where she studied for a Masters degree at the School of Jewellery. The painterly quality of Gill’s work reflects her first degree in graphic design/ illustration using an award winning technique which she has developed and refined over many years. Working directly with precious metal wire, the results are spontaneous with an underlying control of technique.

Her creative drive is an interaction between material properties and memories of visual inspiration, city and woodland walks and the coastal landscape of the North East.

Her work sells internationally and is in major public and private collections.
