Security & bag policy

Airport style security measures are currently in place and we request that you do not bring large bags to the Fair. Suitcases and items larger than a laptop bag are not permitted inside the Fair. Our cloakroom, situated downstairs, can be used free of charge for coats, bags and umbrellas.

There will be security and City of London Police patrolling the venue. If you have any concerns, please report them to a member of the security team.

At extremely busy times, security may ask you to queue so that we can safely manage the number of visitors in our building (which is a Grade I Scheduled Monument). This measure is important for your safety, and to ensure you have a good experience while at the Fair.

Disability access

Disabled access to the Hall is via a street level lift on Carey Lane bringing users up to the Ground Floor. Anyone requiring this service should ring the bell by the doorway on Carey Lane and Hall or Security staff will come to assist as required.

From there a second lift goes from the Ground Floor to the Public Rooms on the first floor. A disabled toilet is situated beside the Ground Floor lift on the Ground Floor.

Café

We have an on-site café which is run by Company of Cooks. They will be serving a selection of salads, sandwiches and cakes. The café is located in the Luncheon Room and Exhibition Room on the first floor and will be taking card payments only.

Other food and drink options are available on Cheapside and in and around Paternoster Square.

Pets policy

No pets allowed. Only certified support and service animals are permitted into the Fair.

WIFI

There is no publicly accessible WIFI available to visitors.
