About Wayne Meeten
A Designer, artist craftsman, now residing in Devon where he has his own studio in the beautiful countryside.
His work is heavily influenced by his other passion Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung. Wayne feels privileged that he teaches both Arts.
An Apprentice for six years in the Lanes of Brighton, Wayne went on to study at Sir John Cass school of Art Metropolitan University , completing his MA with Distinction.
He held a post of visiting lecturer for 8 years, a visiting professorship at Tokyo University of Fine Arts and Music Japan. 1998-99. He has been back to Japan over the past six years and have been taught by three Living National Treasures and now lectures at Nagoyaka Art University Japan.
