Anna Wales

About Anna Wales

Working from her London studio Anna creates stylish, fine jewellery that is exquisitely delicate, yet striking and strong.

Natural forms, light, shadow and movement are continual sources of inspiration, whilst the intimate nature of jewellery, the relationship it has with people and the way it can make you feel are central to her work.

Each piece is designed to be a joy to wear, tactile and playful, whilst expressing an elegant individuality. They are objects to treasure and enjoy, adding flashes of delight to your everyday and marking those momentous occasions that you wish to remember forever.

Maker Enquiry Form

Anna handcrafts all her designs, immersing herself in the meditative quality of making something, piece by piece, from start to finish.

Experimenting directly with the materials, transforming smooth sheet metal into multiple textured organic shapes they are then articulated and layered together to form flowing pieces that sit sensually against the skin and moves with your body.

The ancient technique of Keum-Boo is used to apply rich gold tones beside shimmering silver, and different colours and carats of gold are used within a single piece to create compositions of colour and texture, light and shadow.
